Qlik is one of four named partners on the Ontario DIVA (Data Integration, Visualization & Analytics) Vendor of Record arrangement — Supply Ontario Tender #20569 — giving Ontario’s 30+ ministries and broader public sector entities a direct, pre-competed procurement path for Qlik Sense analytics and Qlik Talend data integration through DCI. In September 2025, Qlik announced a dedicated Canada Cloud Region on AWS, explicitly designed to meet Canadian data residency requirements for federal and provincial workloads; the company is actively pursuing a Canadian Centre for Cyber Security (CCCS) Medium assessment which, once achieved, will allow Government of Canada departments to process and store Protected B data on Qlik Cloud — a direct unlock for federal deployments across DCI’s SaaS SA and CSPV vehicles. Qlik also earned Snowflake’s 2025 Data Integration Partner of the Year award, reinforcing a best-of-breed pairing that DCI can deliver as a single vendor through its aggregator agreements with both publishers. DCI holds a named CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) engagement for Qlik, placing the platform inside one of Canada’s highest-security, highest-volume federal data environments.
