As primary relationship owner for the Department of National Defence and Canadian Armed Forces, Ray manages one of DCI’s most strategic accounts. He drives near-term revenue growth, leads DCI’s sales team, and brings a disciplined, consultative approach to complex multi-partner procurement engagements across the federal government.
