Data Centre Intelligence (DCI) is proud to announce our award under the Government of Canada’s Software as a Service Supply Arrangement (GC Cloud SaaS SA) for Stream 5: Protected B (Value-Added Reseller) for the Snowflake Data Cloud.
Released by Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) in December 2025, Stream 5 enables federal departments and agencies to efficiently procure cloud-hosted software capable of securely handling Protected B data through qualified resellers.
Through this procurement milestone, federal departments and agencies can now seamlessly access Snowflake’s AI, analytics, and data-sharing capabilities validated for Protected B workloads through a single, Canadian-owned aggregator.

- Sovereign Data Management: Build modern data architectures and federated governance models while remaining compliant with Canadian data residency requirements.
- Streamlined Procurement: Accelerate time-to-value by procuring Snowflake through Supply Arrangement #EN578-191593/016/ESS.
- Public Sector Security: Full alignment with Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) cloud security baselines for Protected B data.
